Terms of Service

These terms apply to customers outside Italy. Customers in Italy: Termini di Servizio (italiano).

1. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing and using the VEEZCO platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service. If we change these terms, continuing to use the Service after the change means you accept the updated terms.

2. What the Service does

VEEZCO is a B2B lead generation platform (software as a service). It lets you:

  • search for businesses by category and location, in Italy and in other countries;
  • get automated technical audits of their websites (SEO, tracking pixels, technologies);
  • see public information about a business where a public source is connected — for example US federal contracts (USAspending.gov), the French company register (Annuaire des Entreprises) or the UK company register (Companies House);
  • write sales messages and email sequences with the help of AI, and save them;
  • keep lists, workspaces and a deals board, and export leads as CSV;
  • send leads to HubSpot and, on the Agency plan, to a custom webhook or through the REST API.

Sending email sequences directly from your own Gmail or Outlook inbox is not available yet. Until it is, you copy and send the messages yourself.

3. Registration and account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • The information you register with must be true and kept up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
  • An account is personal and cannot be shared or transferred.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

4. Plans and credits

The Service is offered on the following plans. All prices are in euros (EUR).

  • Explore (free): 25 credits per month, renewed every month. Search, website audit, lead profile and deals board. It does not include CSV export, email sequences, Expanded Search, the REST API or the custom webhook.
  • Starter (€59/month): 500 credits per month, CSV export included.
  • PRO (€99/month): 1,500 credits per month, plus AI-written email sequences and Expanded Search.
  • Agency (€249/month): 5,000 credits per month, plus the REST API, API keys and the custom webhook.

Plans are billed monthly. Annual billing is not available yet.

One credit is one lead delivered with a usable phone number or email address. Credits renew every month on the subscription date and do not carry over to the following month. Credits are subject to fair use: automated or bulk use that does not match normal use of the platform is not allowed.

The amount you will be charged is shown at checkout, before you pay.

5. Payments and billing

  • Card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS compliant payment provider.
  • A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period.
  • You can cancel at any time from Plan & credits, with the Manage subscription button.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • We do not give partial refunds for unused periods, except under the guarantee below.

6. 14-day money-back guarantee

We offer a guarantee of 14 days from your first subscription to a paid plan. If you are not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund by writing to supporto@veezco.com within 14 days of the purchase date.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to:

  • use the Service only for lawful business purposes;
  • not scrape, reverse engineer or access the Service by automated means we have not authorized;
  • not use the data you obtain for spam, harassment or any unlawful activity;
  • comply with the data protection and marketing laws that apply to you and to the people you contact — for example the GDPR in the EU, the UK GDPR and PECR in the United Kingdom, and CAN-SPAM and the TCPA in the United States — including honoring every request to stop contacting someone;
  • not resell, redistribute or sublicense access to the Service.

8. Business data

The information about businesses shown in the Service comes from public sources — business listings, company websites and public registers. We work to keep it accurate, and public records show their source and the date they were read, but we cannot guarantee that the data is complete or up to date. You decide whether and how to contact a business, and you are responsible for that contact.

9. Intellectual property

All content, software, logos, graphics and trademarks on the platform belong exclusively to VEEZCO or to their respective owners. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or modification is prohibited.

10. Limitation of liability

VEEZCO provides the Service "as is". We do not guarantee that:

  • lead data is always complete, current or 100% accurate;
  • the Service will be available without interruption;
  • using the Service will lead to any specific commercial result.

To the extent permitted by law, VEEZCO will not be liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, arising from the use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Service if you breach these terms, use it fraudulently or do not pay, or at our reasonable discretion with prior notice. You can delete your account at any time from your Profile page, or by writing to us.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you can bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Otherwise, the courts of Milan, Italy, have jurisdiction.
